The former CPG headquarters was a complex project, involving the refurbishment of the State Heritage listed former army drill hall. Incorporating a new roof, restoration of the existing timber structure and timber flooring, contemporary office finishes, and a coordinated service design to suit the building’s new purpose, this building found a new life given the derelict state it was in for decades prior.
Upon acquistiion, our works included: - detailed design and coordination, including coordination with the relevant heritage bodies. - removal and reinstatement of the roof. - refurbishment of the existing timber structure and the timber flooring. - bespoke office finishes and fit out components. - end of trip facilities.
