Located on the ground floor of our Stewart Avenue Commercial Precinct, this project saw a complete integrated fit out of the corner space. Overlooking the Hunter Street/Stewart Avenue intersection, our works included bespoke finishes, commercial kitchen facilities, integrated services, coordination between base build and fit out works, and a point of sale systems.
A completely integrated fit out that saw base build works and services aligned with that of the cafes, this project was managed from feasibility stage to completion by our team. Detailed design saw the commercial kitchen design managed to suit the site constraints and spatial limitations, whilst still ensuring a functional area for our client. Managed to a strict budget and timeframe, this project was the recipient of a Master Builders Award for the high quality finish.
