Kingsley Hotel Newcastle, Newcastle’s first 5-star hotel, sees the adaptive restoration of the former Council Administration Building (known locally as ‘the Roundhouse’) into the state-of-the-art hotel, restaurant, bar and cafe. This project has recieved a myriad of awards and recognition since project completion, and will continue to awe those who get to experience the building first hand. Completed all through the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, this project is a testament to the work of those involved who overcame significant obstacles to achieve this landmark finish for our city.
