Completed over a tight time frame of less than 8 weeks, this project saw the complete redesign of an existing lecture theatre to update this to be more moden and technologically advanced. Complete with ceiling mounted operating equipment and medical grade finishes, all works were carried out whilst the hospital remained open, adding a level of complexity to the works.
Our works included: - demolition of exiting structural aspects and existing operating theatre. - new structural provisions to take the new design included detailed structural steel design to suit the ceiling mounted operating equipment. - medical grade fit out finishes including vinyl flooring and walling, sanitary fittings, and sanitary grade service fittings. - coordination with the hospital to ensure no disruption to day-to-day hospital operations.
