Our first Specialist Disability Accomodation (SDA) housing project is an example of careful consideration and operational design, to create an industry leading standard. 5 townhouses and a full time carers unit, this project is an intricately detailed, fully fit finish for our client and their tenants. Each unit has an individual lift, UPS power back up, ceiling hoist provisions, and a NDIS compliant kitchen, providing a much needed tenancy in the disability market.
CPG were engaged on a full turn-key basis, including site acquisition, preliminary design, feasibility, detailed design, approvals, and through construction phases. This project highlights the importance of coordinated design with our clients needs, allowing for a practical finish with operation and functionality at the forefront. Intrinsically designed with SDA specific lifts, joinery and service provisions, these works are far more than just a residential development; especially for those that will be lucky enough to call this home.
