One of our first projects, this project saw development, conceptual design and detailed design, and through construction phases, all over two stages to allow our client early access. The breath taking atrium coupled with sophisticated internal finishes, provides a contemporary work environment for our clients needs.
Through site acquisition and development, conceptual design, feasibility, detailed design, authority approvals and construction phases, our team managed the entire process to meet our clients needs. In order to provide early access, this project was completed in stages, handing over the first stage to the client whilst the second stage was in construction phase. Despite these works being carried out in a live environment, work was carried out with no disruption to the client allowing for a smooth transition to handover.
