Core Project Group completed a unique office fitout for PRD Toronto’s Newcastle studio, creating a flexible, character-rich space for their real estate team. The design moves beyond a typical agency setup with moody lighting, textured finishes, and bold design elements that make the compact space feel both sophisticated and functional. Strategic zoning provides areas for collaboration, private meetings, and adaptable workstations to support evolving work styles.
