Gateway Stage 2 is situated on the corner of the prominent intersection of Hunter Street and Stewart Avenue, Newcastle West. The duel frontage site incorporates a stunning contemporary commercial twin tower building connected through a glass linkage, with an adjoining multi-deck car park at the rear.
Following on from the successful stage 1 project, the Design and construction of stage 2 consists of 150 carparks and in excess of 9000m2 of Grade-A office accommodation. CPG have managed the development on this landmark site in consultation with award winning international architect PTW. With the project underway, expected completion is programmed for the end of 2018.
