Located opposite the pristine Dixon Park Beach, Sunnyboy Kiosk is Newcastle’s newest coffee haunt. An example of adaptive reuse, our works saw the former surf lifesaving club storage shed turned into a contemporary café. Complete with a full service kitchen, this project is thoroughly enjoyed by the local community.
Working alongside our Client, our task was simple: to convert the former storage shed into Newcastle's most loved coffee spot. Works involved: - structural remediation and alterations. - repair of the existing concrete slab ready for epoxy finishes for food service areas. - new services including all kitchen services. - contemporary finishes and fittings. - front of house service areas and point of sale areas. - kitchen facilities and fit off of all equipment.
