A contemporary renovation and renewal on the heritage listed Takamuna residence; a beautiful example of early 1960’s architecture. Spread over 2000m2 only 1500m from the pristine Merewether beach, this was a unique opportunity to provide arguably Newcastle’s premier residential property. Comrpising the existing 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom main residence, our team completed a full revival of the existing residence. On top of this, extensive works were undertaken to add the 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom guesthouse. Complete with a suspended concrete pool with glass infill into the games room below the guest house and the full sized tennis court, this project is a marvel to see first hand.
