A unique development in the heart of Newcastle’s Hunter Street Mall, this project saw CPG collaborate with renowned architects, dwp Suters, to create this boutique complex. Comprising 18 bespoke apartments with a ground floor retail space, this project is carefully considered to allow for the maximum end product on this tight site. Superbly detailed and crafted with timber flooring to all aprtments, impeccable finishes, and a careful blend of heritage and modern with the maintained Art Deco facade and the modern interiors.
